Hi, Could anyone tell me what the pre requisites are to get a dental hygiene licence in California? I am a foreign trained dentist.

I am an international dentist also, and I've applied this year for Advanced Programs for International Dentists in California and other states.
My advice for you is to apply for these programs instead of dental hygiene ones. You never know when you are lucky and get admitted, and in 2 years you are licensed as a dentist. Think about this!
