As I’m applying, should I put that I was treasurer of my school’s poker club? We didn’t play for real money, but I’m just worried it might come off as a red flag to some admissions officers.

i would put it
it's an extracurricular activity and you had a leadership position
it might even come up in an interview, and you could talk about something fun rather than getting some gotcha question...

You are fine. Some of your faculty may have played poker or other board games. (They still might.)

We have even accepted students who played Quiddich. Some of your faculty may have played that too.

When I applied to jobs, I debated mentioning that I play solitaire online because it's seen as simple. But honestly, it helped me stay focused and clear-headed during breaks, which is important to. Sometimes, it's the little things that can make you stand out in a good way.
