I am guessing this is BCOM you are on the DA list for? It's not a big deal. Your excuses don't matter, either, so no need to try to convince us since in reality you should be able to handle anything in undergrad regardless of your scenario. You are good to go.

Actually, I think you should find out how leaving your graduate program will affect your acceptance. Unless this is an SMP.

What do you mean by 'bombed' exactly? Is this a C or F? A C is no problem, but an F might be.

of the schools I've been accepted to, a few have said that all grades post-acceptance must be a C or better. Other schools have not said anything about grade requirements post-acceptance. I would find out if this school has minimum grade requirements post-acceptance.

I know many schools just say you have to maintain a good standing, but since you aren't going to finish your graduate degree anyway, then I think you are in the clear. In order to maintain a good standing all you have to do is pass and graduate, but like I said it looks like you don't have to worry about all of that but I would at LEAST try to end with a C. I know last semester I had a C and one of the medical schools I was accepted to said you have to report anything less than a B to the admissions office if it happens AFTER your interview date, so I did and they got back to me and said it was fine but if I had another grade < B then they would have to send my application back to the committee for another review. All in all it turned out okay, but I actually declined the acceptance in the end so it was a waste on my part. You should be okay!
