I would go College A. A lot of people on here recommend saving your money and just taking random classes at a 4-year university. I personally did College A, and I credit the structure and support of the program with allowing me to have an excellent med school application cycle. Most of my peers from the program experienced similar successes as well.

Were you helped with shadowing and LOR?

My program did have a shadowing program, but it got cut due to some bureaucratic issues the year I was supposed to do it, so I was on my own for shadowing. It was huge for LORs because our professors knew to expect the requests, and we had the same professors for the year-long classes, so it was very easy to build a relationship. I believe my LORs were very strong because of the program.
