post-bacc research programs?

I'm trying to find some post-bacc programs that mainly involve lab research for those who didn't have that opportunity in undergrad. Specifically, are there any programs like that for non-science degree holders who want to spend some time doing research in the biomedical field or similar field?

I only know of the NIH IRTA program, but was wondering if there are other programs out there.
