Practice NBMEs anything like real deal?

So I have taken a couple of the practice NBME's, most recently form 6.

For the people that have already taken step 1, are these anything like the real thing?

I did notice a big change from form 1 to form 6. But I'm really hoping that form 6 will feel like taking the actual step 1.
