That's not how this works. He has NOT been found 'not guilty', and would be far better off if he had been. Now, he can still be tried for it in the future. You have no idea what you're talking about. And of course her story has no merit in the eyes of the court. That's how the court system works in rape cases...rape victims are to be shat on, not listened to. This is not news. It's why d-bags like the one in the story get away with rape all the time. It doesn't change whether or not he actually raped her, nor whether he will have to answer 'yes' in the future when asked if he has ever been arrested (and for what).
