Prelim Medicine at Metro Hosp. in NYC vs. Maimonides

Anyone know anything about these two programs, I am having trouble deciding where to rank them.
They both sound pretty tough and I'm wondering if maybe prelim-surgery would be a better choice over these two.

Again, Metropolitan Hospital prelim-medicine year and Maimonides prelim-medicine year....
