Does anyone know of any app or website where you can type in a patient's demographic info and see the screening and vaccines that are recommended, for example by the USPSTF? How do primary care docs stay on top of that stuff with their patients?

Not a PCP but my EMR has pop up reminders to order mammograms, colonoscopies, pneumonia shots, based on patients age, etc.

Download: AHRQ ePSS. You put in patient's age, sex, smoking status, pregnancy status and sexual activity status. Gives you A/B/C/D levels of screening. USPSTF guidelines are the one's given.

As a FM resident, referring to the guidelines over and over again ingrains them in my brain.

In peds, if you have an EMR it will help with the vaccine and developmental screening reminders. Also, as mentioned above, you do it so much that you start to memorize it.
