Hey everyone,

I know this subject has been touched before but I wanted to know the current views of which procedure book is preferred by EM residents. Is it Roberts and Hedges (traditional standard) or Reichman and Simon (new kid on the block)?

Thanks for your input in advance.

r&h is awesome. granted, its a bit expensive, but i really like it. it gives pathophys, and a good explanation of indications and contraindications. it really is more than just a procedures book. have only taken a quick look or two at R&S.

I don't have any real preference, although I do like the Reichman and Simon book - good pictures and good explanations of the procedures.
