Hello, does anyone know how I can become certified in a foreign language proficiency in order to get Foreign Language Pay? Also, I have a number of other certificates from my school that certify me in invisalign, nitrous sedation, basic life support, emergency preparedness, etc. Does having these things do any good towards increasing pay or any other potential benefit?

What language do you fluently speak? There are only a specific few (of strategic importance) that you can get that extra pay - I can't list any websites off the top of head but you can probably find info from a google search..

Nope, none of these certificates will get any extra pay. Extra pays come from years in service, rank and doing residencies and getting bonuses such as board certification, multi-year retention bonuses.
