Also, as someone who applied to WAY TOO MANY schools in this past cycle (11, don't do it), I'm going to give you some advice that I wish someone had given me:
Apply to your IS school and the schools that permit IS tuition after yr 1 and the schools that give full tuition scholarships to a lucky few (I don't know all of them, but I know Penn does).
I know right now that going to the school that excels in whichever area you are most interested in seems like the most important thing, even if it is OOS, but when you are actually staring in the eyes of a $325,000 loan at 5 or 6% interest rate, I assure you it becomes much less important. You can gain experience through externships and summer jobs (which is what I probs will do).
