PTCE difficulty

I have been studying Mosby's review for the PTCE, and i have had various scores on the practice tests ranging from like 58-75 % correct out of 140 questions. I feel like im pretty much ready after reading other threads, but just to make sure, do you think those practice scores correlate with a passing or failing score on the actual exam?
