I am looking at applying to RVC next year and I wanted some more info! Do you have to take the foreign test to practice in the us in addition to the standard or does their AVMA accreditation take care of that? Also for those of you that have already been accepted( congrats by the way!) if you don't mind me asking what were some of your stats and do they require anything out of the norm for application?
For those of you that already attend what is it like? My fiancé would be coming too and he is concerned about money and a job for four years. Has anybody else experienced this? Thanks everyone!

RVCers only have to take the NAVLE...just like everyone else in the US. So yes, that's what accreditation takes care of. They don't require anything extra in terms of application material. In fact, its a pretty skeleton application. I sent in my application late (mid Oct)...they were accepting late applications. They didn't want GRE (don't know if that's changing), there was no supplemental, and no extra fee. Because I mailed my application in late I had to pay to snail mail it to the UK (although now that I think about it, its probably about the same price or more to mail it through VMCAS.)
And since I haven't started yet, nor do I plan to bring a SO over, I can't really comment on jobs. There is another thread here talking about how difficult it is to find work for (or be eligible for work) in Ireland.
