If i decide to take out student loans to help pay tuition for my 4 year university, would that affect my chances of getting loans going into medical school?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Depends, there is an aggregate limit on Staffords so ur undergrad Staffords count towards this. However, there are many funding sources so this shouldn't really worry you unless if u're accumulated significant loans to begin with.

Luckily, medical students have higher Stafford limits than other graduate students. Or maybe not so lucky, since that seems to encourage universities to raise tuition...
