Question about Waitlist Logistics

hi, this is kind of a weird question, but if u get off the wait list at a school and want to go there, do you have to contact your may 15th school and withdraw from there, or does your new school let them know automatically when u accept the wait list offer?

When you accept the new one, you have to withdraw from your other.

Yeah you should let both schools know. can't hurt anyways..

Schools are supposed to communicate between themselves regarding offers, but it is expected that the student contact the school regarding any decisions made.
