My question doesn't really relate to anything the passage asked.

Just wondering if there is a statistical difference between the WT+ vs Bak+ columns. If the error bars are bidirectional, then it looks like there would be a little overlap between the highest and second highest bars (WT+ and Bak+).

IF there were infarct a little overlap between the two error bars, then that would mean that there is no statistical difference between the two, right?

Yes, hence only p-values listed where they don't overlap and are statistically significant.
