Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

One of our presenters during my pre-med-school class showed us some interesting data which suggests that most people who think they are lactose-intolerant really aren't. 🙂

Interesting.. my best friend has a bunch of food allergies, too, btw. PW/PWH and I weren't upset about the allergies this woman had- it was that she didn't tell us about them, let us pick the restaurant, and then proceeded to criticize everything on the menu as something she couldn't eat.

Had she told us earlier, we could have gone someplace that would be much more friendly to her dietary needs.

cheesecake is already the enemy, just for a different reason than lactose-intolerance.

I've posted this before, but I'll say it again- the day we discovered that you could essentially get curbside-cheesecake-to-go from the Cheesecake Factory was a wonderful yet terrible day.

I've gotta turn in to. As much as I am looking forward to crashing at the end of the day, there's still that pesky day that I have to drag myself through. 😳

'sok. good to find this out now, rather than later. when I sit back and people-watch in my classes, I realize how young they are now, but recognize that some of them have a lot of potential for someone in the future. so you never know. perhaps it's just bad timing.

OMG, I am so sorry for Ana.

But this reminded me all of a sudden of this thing I was listening to in the car tonight. It's like hip-hop radio out of Detroit, and they were having this call in about guys not to date in Detroit. These girls were telling these stories about these guys. It was HILARIOUS. You can see everybody in all the other cars cracking up at stop lights and stuff.

They're a lot of bad dudes in Detroit, let's just leave it at that.

(The whole "couldn't handle you" is what brought this on).
