Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

i have a biochem test tomorrow... and I've done nothing but dicked around so far... might have to pull an all-nighter here

Nah, this thread ****ed up my schedule. I missed some Conan. I don't sign on AIM or anything like that. PMs rarely.

my profs were on strike for the first two weeks of classes so we're just in to amino acids, or Chp 3 if you're using Lehninger Principles of Biochem

it WILL be done on saturday... I'm starting to think I'm subconsciously shooting myself in the foot cause I don't want to start med school quite yet 😕

Good luck on your exam. Don't get worked up about 1 guy. There are 3 billion others. By the way, Tony Kannan looks like VD. My friend is going to meet up with him in Miami. You going to meet up with them?

well I'm doing an informal post-bacc: which is just taking undergrad classes after you graduated with your bachelors. It's a 400 level class. Does that make sense ?

my stock is going back up... the bird-flu scare must be resurfacing. (they make bird-flu vaccines among other things)

Oh yea, I was going to give you some practice questions for biochem if you wanted. I have a practice exam (pdf) for amino acids and ****. Not sure if it would help.
