Welcome to Part 6! Everyone did a bang up job by hitting 10k in less than 12 days--11 days 19 hours and 18 minutes to be exact. A new record! 😀

For those not familiar with what we do here, Molly has been kind enough to put together a nice description.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

Well, my bro and friends go to UCF. I live 3 miles away from it. :laugh: I was rooting for them, but USF shouldn't have won. I don't know what the hell happened to UCF today. Maybe UF brought down their confidence with that 42-0 shut out...

We still may fall down the rankings because we almost lost to a terribly ranked team. We allowed ZERO rushing yards. We had problems with our cornerbacks. I hope we don't fall down. We can only increase our rank now by beating Auburn if they're still as good at that time. LSU is still not as good as we are ranking-wise. FSU is the only team it doesn't matter if we beat them anymore. I need teams to lose!!!

I just looked, WVU needs to beaten massively by you BB. USC needs to lose to Notre Dame. We need to beat Auburn and then we'd be #2. 😀

Also, I hate how Fran finally grows a set and goes for it and someone misses their friggin' blocking assignment. Grr.

My white coat ceremony is this evening. Our actual orientation week starts tomorrow (this past week was optional so not everyone came). Real classes don't start until 9/25. 🙂 So I'm not stressing yet.

But I'm sure I will be. We're all kinda saying, "yeah, it's fun now, but when is the hammer gonna fall??" :scared: 😱

I hope that the professional ball-moving squad of your choice meets with success today. 😀

I live in a tiny little development out in the country. It is a circle that goes around this pond. Anyway, I ALWAYS take the circle with the left turns (instead of right turns) so I can pretend I'm a NASCAR driver. 😎 😳

No, I didn't get a new car. I'm not sure where TypeA's 2004 Honda Accord came from. :laugh: I have a 1996 Toyota Avalon.

Hopefully going to get a new car within a year or so... current budget doesn't allow.
