How things change in 6 months (well, actually I am what has changed).

I am finding the VA to be light, peaceful, and pleasant. 😕 Can't complain though! My tolerance for business and stress has certainly shot up over the last 6 months.

I was stoned or something when I wrote this. The people here are so malignant and ridiculous. And I forgot about all the scut. +pissed+

*sigh* I just sort of made a jerk out of myself. The classmate of mine I am taking over from has a reputation for "dumping" (at the time of changing services, most people really make an attempt to clean things out for the next person but he just leaves things). So I had some specimens that were dated TWO DAYS AGO and all the techs said they came down on Tuesday.

So I got mad and called him like "wtf?" But apparently they didn't actually show up in path until Wednesday and the attending told him to let them fix (grrr). And then he called the attending and she yelled at me. 🙄

I like to listen to music when I gross (specifically Big Hits of the 80s 😀 ) on Yahoo Launchcast. This site is blocked from the VA because it is a "music site" and using that site would violate government policies. 🙄 🙄

I'm sure listening to launchcast while I sit here and slave away is a waste of your taxpayer dollars. 😡

Good....Bowtie can stick with the melanoma, and I'll stick with the acne. Oh and maybe prescribe Botox too?

BTW your reference to your colleagues as classmates just made me chuckle cuz for some reason I've never thought of residency as school even though its training. :laugh: :laugh:

I think they've called for every form of precipitation possible. We're under a winter storm warning with snow, freezing rain, ice pellets, regular rain, and even a thunderstorm possible.

So far, we've gotten a dusting of snow. Blastphemers!

not if you're getting in 2 days what I'm getting now. quite the temp drop after about 3pm today.

around noon- 65 degrees, sunny (yes, we were under tornado watch this morning.. what can I say- it moved through fast)

7pm- 40 degrees, no coat :scared: cranked the heat in the car.
