One time I was in Kansas city, Missouri for a conventiion for AMSA cuz I gotta go for free.

Anyhow, the fountain outside of the convention center had used to have water that had been dyed green shooting out of it. It was soooo cute.

When did you grow to be an old woman??? Knitting?? :laugh: :laugh: I kid I kid. I'm just messing with you. I used to study at B&N a lot before work interfered with a lot of my being able to go there and they always had this group of old ladies coming in for a knitting group once every week or once every two weeks.

:laugh: i know, i am an old woman (in that respect). actually i've only been able to knit scarves up to this point, but i thought i'd try something new and a little more complicated. see what i get? nothing but trouble! 😛

She had one random post yesterday I think. I saw her a couple of weeks ago and attempted to guilt her into posting more but she's graduating in May so I think the stress level is getting to her. 🙁

I've tried the knitting thing. The only article of clothing I'm capable of making is a scarf :laugh: And I'll likely be done mine in June

Question for you smart people. I have a ridiculously simple question that I can't seem to find a straight answer to...so I guess it isn't as simple as I thought. Anyway, how many bones are typically in a fetal skull?

What is the deal with the Wii? I have been wanting one for MONTHS and they still aren't available. 🙁

I know that initial demand far outpaced their supply but seems that Nintendo would have been able to get some more out by now!

Wow - we had to memorize the major bones and the names of the fontanels but not the number 🙁

Wish I could be more help. I know the fetal skeleton right before birth has 275 bones. I don't think that helps much though.

I was thinking more like a cover for a Hallmark card!!! I remember the other pic you showed us on facebook or myspace oxeye. The one with your older daughter having both legs up on the piano. that was priceless and so totally hallmarkish. 😉

*sigh* So remember yesterday when I said we were going over to a friend's house for a St. Patty's Day dinner tonight?

They called a little while ago - a brush fire started behind their house and their house caught on fire. 🙁 We drove by an area where you can see their house from a distance - half of it burned.

I feel so helpless. I have no idea what I can do to help them.

Wow that's awful!!! I hope they are doing ok and my thoughts and prayers are with them. A former highschool friend's family went through something similar last summer and they ended up having to live in a hotel for quite some time while their house was being rebuilt.
