The contingencies work in your favor..not his. Unless they were some strange thing that I have never heard of (which wouldn't be totally out there).

I think it sounds ratified too. I didn't actually see the guy sign it with my own eyes since I was on a stupid plane. But my understanding was it was done.

And it gets EVEN BETTER. Since I had to get to the airport before we had finished countering, I signed a "back-up" offer for another unit on the second floor just in case we couldn't reach an agreement on the first one. The back-up sold yesterday. This is absolutely unbelievable.

Beary--i hope you find a way to keep the house. i swear--why would you put your house up for sale and then sign if you are not sure you want to sell it......if he needed more time to think about it then he should have been honest with you......what an idiot!!! do you think he got another higher offer or something....it's so weird.

YEAH!! I'm an Amazon. 5'11" and fat. And I used to be an amateur powerlifter so I may have some muscle left. I actually saw the guy when we drove by his house. He's just a tiny little wimpy guy. Looks like a jerk too.

Hey I'm 5'9" and could bench press my own weight and squat twice it in high school, wouldn't take much to get back into that kind of shape and I'd get your back!!

Bench press your own weight??!! Wow, I am extremely impressed. 👍

I could squat and leg press more than twice my weight but slaved away on my bench and just couldn't make progress. I actually was barely over 50% of my weight. I finally sort of gave up and blamed it on having my pecs cut open for heart surgery and having a pacemaker in there, but I think that was just an excuse. 🙄

You should definitely have punching duty! :idea:

Oh my gosh. That makes me crack up. I was accused of being in a "Black Gang" when I was an R.A. in college. That's how the university put it. The catch? Only 2 girls that were associated with this alleged "Black Gang" were black. I am ghostly white.

Yeah, maxed at 175 and 350 on the same day but started having horrible pain in my knees and had to give the squat part up. I'm all flabby now (stupid MCAT) but I'd get back in shape to get your back!

I remember I got to the point that the one person who could spot me was my male coach, otherwise I would have to have a girl on both sides just in case because no one else could life it if something happened. Believe it or not, I was never very scary looking or extremely cut, I think my frame hides my size pretty well. One guy in college was making fun of me and saying how girls can't punch and I made the crack, "Well I could punch you in the chest just to show you how I can punch." And he started being really condescending so I laid into him. He had a bruise the size of a softball on his chest for a month. (I abhore violence but I wanted to get my point accross that he needed to lay off the sexist remarks)

we don't really have gangs around here....just tractors. hey the only thing i can think if is pre-meditators which is so stupid. we will be the dorkiest gang ever with our scientific calculators and molecular models. we need more members though!!!!!!!!!!!

About a month ago I was in HEB and I was listening to Audio Osmosis on my mp3 player. This really cute guy asked me what I was listening to. I was like, "Um, Incubus." Like I was going to tell him the truth!! "Well actually I'm listening about the difference in the lytic and lysogenic virus life cycles, wanna hear? 😛 "
