Has anyone is HPSP tried to rearrange their ranking list? Has anyone been successful. I want to move a program from 6th to 3rd, but got a flat out no before I could even explain the situation (was only at the program for 1 1/2 weeks before having to make a decision, and didn't really have a feel for the program).

Trust me when I say this to you, at this point, your fate is already sealed, you just have to wait until December to find out what it is, so no, you will not be allowed to make changes (even though they give you good reason to believe that you might).
