This is then part that scares me the most. I lost that 60# by going low carb and walking a lot (combined with meds), I didn't starve myself or exercise heavily. It was extremely easy to gain it back if I stopped the low carb, though. I gained 30# back and I'm ready to lose again. I'm definitely not meant to be a thin girl but I'd like to be back down to a size 10/12.I can lose about 20# if I cut out anything tasty and starve myself. Can't get to a "healthy" weight. Now I'm on the multiple miscarriages = human pincushion train.
I'm convinced there's some hypothyroidism to blame, but can't get a diagnosis.

If you don't mind talking about it, I would love to hear more about what you're going through right now (PM might be more fitting, of course). My boyfriend and I definitely want children down the line and I'd like to hear from someone other than a doctor about what it's like.
My little sister got diagnosed with PCOS too and she doesn't have a weight problem, even though she has a really awful diet and sits in bed on her computer literally all day (if I did that, I'd be 100lbs heavier than I am now, no doubt). PCOS is very much diagnosed by excluding other endocrine disorders, so it could be what fit your symptoms best I guess.Interestingly enough, I have PCOS and I've never struggled with my weight. It makes me wonder if I've been misdiagnosed, because that's one of the conditions with it.
