at this point in life, the physiology (working) is more important that the anatomy! 😵It's ok sobsob. No one was making fun of your microanatomy.
Don't worry SOV, the only insult was directed at identifying pink and purple blobs under the microscope 😛this sounds like some kind of insult thrown at a male.

did you see the color blindness correcting glasses?as in I was incapable of doing that?
That was a bad memory.
Prof: You see how this one is ___ color and that one is ____ color.
SOV: no, they look the same to me.
Prof: Good luck on the exam. Just guess.
One of my favorites was when there was a slide of 7 different shades of light purple and we were then directed to go to the "light purple layer."as in I was incapable of doing that?

Strong Protanomaly/Protanopia
This is the strongest type of red-green color blindness. A significant number of strong protan cases are “too strong” to be helped by EnChroma. Based on customer feedback from people with similar results we believe there is a 50% chance that EnChroma glasses will help your color vision.
A complete diagnosis of color vision deficiency is not possible using remote testing–we recommend you try the EnChroma glasses and return them if it does not work. All EnChroma products are satisfaction-guaranteed within 30 days of purchase.
50% is not a bad chancehere is the result of my evaluation:

I've cooked and frozen tons of meals for when clinics hit, watched a bunch of disney movies, done oodles of laundry... never lost power, and I have no plans for this weekend, either! It's really been really delightful.Derm gave us the afternoon off since we did rounds yesterday instead of today 🙂 we already had the morning off for "self study" time
If you live near a Trader Joe's, get in your car right meow and go buy these! So delicious! However, they are ruining my appetite for my awesome dinner of stuffed peppers..

It is awful around here. There will be milk chocolate jumbles tomorrow or next week. Stay home for now.Want. But the closest Trader Joe's is in Center City and it's sleeting out and disgusting out.
Bam. Rotation for two weeks in Florida scheduled - one week at UF for their Community Cats course, one week at a high intake shelter. Gonna be intense, gonna be awesome. 🙂
Also, my roommate (who recently lost one of her elderly dogs) is picking up a foster dog... puppysitting this evening! 😀
But what if there aren't?It is awful around here. There will be milk chocolate jumbles tomorrow or next week. Stay home for now.
Then they still aren't worth dying for!But what if there aren't?![]()
Debatable. This is why I have a Subaru, to satisfy random cravings during blizzards. Then they still aren't worth dying for!

Scary, I stay away from toyautos.Yeah...my little Corolla doesn't quite cut it. It's better than it used to be in this weather now that I have all weather tires on it. Before, I used to skid in just the rain.
Scary, I stay away from toyautos.
Blizzards are different than ice. I don't know any car that drives well on streets of solid ice.Debatable. This is why I have a Subaru, to satisfy random cravings during blizzards.

agreed. Lost my last Subaru to black ice.Blizzards are different than ice. I don't know any car that drives well on streets of solid ice.
The best car I've ever had was a 1998 Toyota Corrolla base model manual shift. With decent snow tires, it was a beast in snow/ice and never failed to start even after sitting for days in -30C. Never gave me a problem and I'd still be driving it except the Maritime winters/salt air finally took too big a toll on the body. Mechanically it was still 100% sound though.Scary, I stay away from toyautos.
That's great and I've heard that they are dependable, but I really don't like Toyota. I think the whole car-self-deployed accelerated scandal really turned me off from Toyota, even if their mundane style didn't already. The best car I've ever had was a 1998 Toyota Corrolla base model manual shift.
