We should start a thread called scum bag of the week.

This week scum bag is an unresponsive drunk who once he metabolizes explains how he landed in the ED. Apparently this gentleman's (term used very loosely) life was endanger by an ex lover. So, out of fear he drank himself silly and downed a couple benzos. I'm sure you are asking why his ex wanted him dead. Well, this gentlemen with full blown AIDS decided to engage in sexual relationship with this unsuspecting guy. When he found out he was a little upset and want revenge.

Should be at least manslaughter if not first degree murder if you can prove the person knew they had HIV at the time 👎

If you cut it off, you are risking further exposure though...assuming he would bleed that is. Maybe some epi would be a good idea.

It's really sad this stuff still exists. Why can't the stupid hicks (in my eyes these are the guilty parties...seen too much of it from them when I was growing up) get along with others?

Cause I'm still awake. Ok, smarta$$ answer over. I just can't sleep. First neuro exam on Monday and my nerves are kicking in a day early. Trying to get sleepy, just can't.
 
Checking out match results from last year...definitely if this all keeps up I am applying for both matches. If anything, the stress will be over one month earlier.

I had the cheats problem...I moved and changed my phone number. I guess that was quite nice compared to what you are planning to do 😱

A natural conclusion, so she did a BMP to check the Na and the glucose.

Glucose fine, Na low, K 6.8. He had puppy congenital adrenal hyperplasia. The steroids they gave him at the emergency center kept him going for a little while until he crashed again. MsBKN put him on roids and florinef and he did good!

We put him on water restriction prior to your post. It has worked wonders. Still working on a ton of stuff but thats the way it goes with pups
 
Just got back from an awesome weekend with the GF in Boston. I hate long distance...miss her a ton already. Have to work tonight, too. 🙁

Seriously, I learned that if you start your excursion with outside temperatures in the 102 range, by the time the sun goes down and it is 78 degrees, it gets cold enough in the topless Jeep to require the heat to be on. This was on the interstate, so the wind isn't as bad on back roads.
Sand and wet dog fur all over the Jeep. Damn I'm glad I don't drive something with leather seats. The neoprene seat covers did their job spectacularly, I didn't even have to dry off coming out of the ocean. No pictures, didn't bring the camera, and I don't want any of you all to see me in my bathing suit until I finish my patented "Surgery Prelim eat when you can" diet.
