Residency spots...if you were in derm or something like that, you would probably be telling people to wait to submit.

I don't know... I think most people get one of their top picks; and I'm not sure if we're applying to all the same programs; and a lot of programs have 10-18 spots, so maybe we'll match together and we'll be friends...

I used to, but not anymore 🙂. There is a thread about this on the general eras page. Basically, you have to save the word file as a plain text file, then open it in text editor or whatever, and paste that into ERAS.

Alternatively, there seem to be no formatting difficulties when using Firefox on a mac.
