...getting a migraine pain coming on for a few hours...took my cyclobenzaprine, out in about 30 min I predict
 
I'll be at ACOEP...and I meant to have the "O" in there
 
Any drug interaction between tussin dm and cyclobenzaprine?

Man, I've been trying to come up with Guillain Barre all day since class when he mentioned numbness from distal to proximal. Should watch House more often again, then it will always be in the back of my mind since it's always in the differential.

Just woke up last night and couldn't go back to sleep for about 3-4 hours. Usually I have absolutely no problem sleeping, I usually sleep when I'm trying not to.

I should probably go to bed soon if I plan on being a human being tomorrow.

I think I can finish it off tomorrow in about 4 hours before my evening shift start
 
seems like i havent been on in forever
 
everyone's studying, doing rotations, talking to grandmas...what a productive bunch
 
I cleaned up my apartment and went food shopping
 
and catching up on tv
