Do you mean to AMCAS or to schools?

For me, I submit the application soon and the lors are added later because my pre-health committee is slow. So yes, LORS can be added later if I understand your question

Pretty sure you can always send new letters. Wait for more responses on this because I don't want to give the wrong information and screw up your process.
