Required English????????

The first semester of my freshman year I took an english class called Honors Composition that was 4 hrs of credit. Since I took it with honors it was quite a bit more intensive. The school gives us 4 hrs of credit, but they allow the honor composition class to satisfy the graduation requirements of both English 101 and 102. Will Medical schools honor this also, or do I need to take another semester of English to get the 8 hrs that medical say are entry requirements?

This is my experience,

If the credit shows on your transcript, then most schools will credit it to their requirements. To be on the safe side, you should take a course that requires writing. These can be in your major or in humanities, and will many times count for that semester of english you might need.
