rescore TOFEL ibt? Help!!!

Hi,I deadly need your suggestions.
I just got my TOFEL ibt score, very sad. 🙁
R:28 L:26 Speaking:18 W:21
I thought i did well in speaking, but surprised by my score in speaking. Do you think whether something was wrong when I recorded my voice?
Now I am thinking about rescoring this section. Do you think it works out? Since I need pay an extra 60 bucks to rescore, I do not want to waste money. Anyone had this experience before, please share. Many thanks!
Since some CA universities need high score in speaking and writing, Anyone could give me some guidance to improve these two parts?

You need to improve your grammar (speaking and written) . I had the same problem with iBt ....It is better to take again the test after some grammar exercices (AZAR ,,,,,Understanding and using English grammar)

hey wht is meant by rescoring the section ?? i took my iBT n got v less marks in reading n writing ?? n got total 81 🙁 ,,,wht should i do ...the result takes tooooooo long to come
