Hello,

A 4th-year dental student here. I'm interested in prosthodontics and was wondering if I can apply to a military prosthodontics residency program after graduating from dental school. Any help would be appreciated.

Unless you are HPSP, HSCP, or direct accession you are not eligible. You have to be commissioned by the military to be eligible and that happens via one of the above routes. You could try and join then apply, but there is no guarantee you get in.

You'd have to direct commission into active duty then apply and get accepted. The Army selects 18 months out so you'd be looking at quite a wait.
