rewriting descriptions of activities?

as others have posted, little has changed in my application since the last cycle. For the (many) activities that I would like to include from my last app in this year's primary, should I rewrite the description?

I completely reorganized my activities between applications, even though not much changed. I did so because I realized I was organizing them into AMCAS categories I thought were impressive, not what ADCOMs would be looking for. Take a look in the FAQ for how I suggest arranging ECs.
