It is my understanding that once you certify your list you can still make changes to it up until the deadline. I read somewhere that the NRMP advises no changes to your ROL within 6 hours of the deadline to help discourage impulse changes that you will ultimately end up unhappy with. Every time you change your ROL you must re-certify it. Please correct me if I am wrong as it appears quite complex.
Sounds about right. I guess it's really not that big of a deal certifying...I think last year I didn't totally understand. I thought once you certified it was all over but it's not...doesn't really matter as long as you don't hold out to the last few hours like manleyjb was saying.

Certified my list today. And now, the waiting begins.
Don't we have until Feb 27th? That seems like plenty of time.
Same here. I had a running ROL while I was interviewing so I could have that done and out of the way. Certified and can't wait to match!
Just wanted to wish everyone good luck with any remaining interviews, getting your ROL figured out, and, of course, MATCHING! Can't wait to hear where everyone ends up.
Hell no, I haven't entered my list yet! It still changes every 8 minutes, and I'm still having palpitations every time I think about it.
p.s. I'm secretly really glad that "certifying" doesn't equal final. I think it takes a little of the anxiety out of it knowing that my list could still be flexible until Feb 27.

Yeah, I've changed mine like 3 times in the past couple of hours. I'll be happy at any of my top 5.
