2018 Roseman University of Health Sciences (Applying 2014 Cycle, Entering 2015)

Should we apply to other schools and sent them an supplemental applications? As some of schools have a deadline of October 1. I am confused. Anyone have applied to other schools? Need suggestion.
 
what will be roseman's tuition for CA applicants?

Any idea about invitation? Have they started sending one or not yet? I am pretty confused how to get updates? Wait is killing me
 
I emailed again asking when invites would go out and asked how many people applied early decision. Haven't received a response yet

Roseman is a good school, but I heard utah campus is more student-friendly..

I'm preparing my other pharmacy applications in case things dont work out with this school
 
Nope. I emailed dr. Deyoung too, but I guess he switched positions, so he forwarded the email to dawn. So now she will probably hate me cause she's getting so many emails from me! The waiting is killing me! Eek!

Me too. Kinda nervous about my stats too. I had a bunch of Fs from like 10 years ago. My overall GPA is still a 3.2. Math/science GPA is 3.5. My PCAT score was a mediocre 76, with an appalling 20 in bio. I have 10 years pharmacy experience though so I am hoping that will help. Plus my personal statement was pretty solid. I think I'm likely to be accepted, just probably not early decision liked I'd hoped. Oh well, time will tell.
 
did you apply for academic forgiveness? if you have, then they won't see your grades 5 years ago and over. I think if you do well on the interview then you will be accepted. I heard it from somewhere that interview is worth 30%

I also have similar stats as you except I got a 90 in bio but a very low score in reading and vocabulary

I didn't apply for academic forgiveness, but I think I should have.
 
Yeah! I am sure Dawn in admissions is sick of me emailing her! I emailed her anyway to turn in the academic forgiveness page because it brings my GPA up to a 3.7!

So this question is for current students: how are you liking the Pharmacy program at Roseman so far? Is there anything that makes you regret choosing to go there?
 
I know... does anyone know if it will be a group interview or one on one interview?
 
do you know if they interview one applicant at a time or a group
 
Same here!! So which place should we select for an interview?? Does it make any difference?
 
I plan to interview at Henderson because that's where I want to attend, but I don't think it matters

I'm not. Im just regular. But my pcat isnt on file yet since i just took it. It wasnt all that great either... 🙁 But i think everyone else is EDP
