I don't understand it!!!!! 😕 😕 😕 😕

I'm using the Serway & Faughn 6th ed. text and I've read and re-read the chapter and looked at my notes, and I still don't understand how to apply the concepts to some of the homework problems. Do you guys know of a source that can explain it better? Preferably one I can easily get a hold of within the next couple of days... My notes aren't that much help because the prof's lecture is basically just deriving equations. I didn't go over this particular material in high school physics, so I have no other notes to refer to. Help me!

I haven't found a physics text yet that does justice to rotational equilibrium. 🙄 So, I've always found the internet to by my best physics friend.
