Do you want to live in PA? Which school is cheaper? Which school has better facilities? Which school is closer to family or has family near it? Which has a better climate that I prefer?

Ask yourself these and you'll know lol.

Do you like city living??? Jeff is right in center city Philly...but in a good part of town. Which is cheaper? I can tell you that Philly is most likely much more expensive in terms of cost of living.
