Hey everyone,
I have a quick question regarding admissions for fall 2019 entrance. Does anyone know if students who apply later in the cycle generally get less scholarships? I have recently decided I want to go the podiatry route rather than MD/DO, and I'm graduating this coming May. I'd like to avoid a gap year, but if I can get more financial aid by applying early next cycle, that might be the way to go. For reference, my stats are 3.55 cgpa, 3.39 sgpa and a 502 MCAT. If I don't apply this spring, I could potentially retake my MCAT and get a better score to maybe earn more scholarship money next cycle.
I am interested in Temple, Scholl, Kent st, and DMU.
Thank you for any feedback!
