I suggest adding these schools to your list:
Carle- Illinois
Vermont
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Eastern Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
You could remove state public schools such as UNC and Florida Atlantic that accept few non residents with no connection to the state.
