I'm worried all my school are a little to competitive, and I also don't want to spend the money to apply to 30+ schools. I'd appreciate if someone could give tips on how to cut back/add a few safer schools.

U Washington accepts few applicants (<1%) who are not from states in the Northwest. Temple, Drexel and George Washington are low yield with your high stats. You could add Washington University, Rochester, Case Western, Mount Sinai, Einstein and Pittsburgh.

If you wish to aim high, add some more service hours and clinical volunteering.
