Before I decided that I wanted to go to medical school, I took 2 bio classes for non-majors, a physics class for non-majors, and a "brief calculus" course. Of course, I am now taking or have taken the appropriate classes for pre-med. Do you think schools will include the watered-down classes into my math/science GPA? Of course, I wouldn't mind the boost, but I would never expect anyone to take my performance in those classes as a true indicator of my abilities.

Yup, these courses will all be factored into your BCMP gpa.

Anything that is considered to be a biology, chemistry, physics or math class is considered into your science GPA, regardless of the level.
