Score point conversion for NBDE II?

There was a score point conversion chart for Part I which converted the raw score to the actual score for each section. Is something like this available for Part 2? If not, about what raw score will equal a 75?

They only curve on the actual exam about 10-13 percent. Add that to your estimated raw score on practice exams to get an overall score.
