Is it possible that, after completing 2 semester in first year of dental school I put a gap for next 2 semester and then continue again from 3rd semester?

Generally no cause your 4 years are planned in advance to the day. If there is justified cause like you got hit by a car, sometimes they let you stay as part of the class after you, but that means repeating the year.
