Does anyone know if they're going to be accepting apps for this cycle? I looked on the site and it doesn't say much and past threads mention a possibility of accepting apps this past cycle, but I know it depends on accreditation etc. I just can't find much info on it besides Wikipedia saying it plans to open 2018
