I have a few C's mostly in general bio, chem, and physics, but I kicked ass and got B's in my o-chem classes.

Also is there a website to calculate my current prerequisite GPA for pharm school? If not how can I find what it is?

if you can without messing up your schedule, I suggest that you should. However, you have to be sure that you will get an A when you retake them. Also if you have to pick just a few classes to retake, pick the chem's and bio's.

I think it really depends on the rest of your application. If your GPA is suppose to be one of the strong suits of your application then retake those Cs! But if your PCAT, pharmacy experience and extra currics are strong then it may not be a big deal depending on where you apply.
If you want to be safe I would get rid of the Cs on your application, I say this because my pharmacy advisor told me the summer before I apply I really should get rid of my C in physics and statistics if I wanted a a better shot at getting in. This is because my GPA is very average, 3.4, if I had a higher GPA then I could have gotten away with a couple Cs but with a mediocre GPA you reaLly have to retake.

If you have the time and money to retake it and you know you can do better then retake those classes but if you can't just make sure the other parts of your application are really good, good LORs, very good personal statement and different extracurricular activities. I had a couple of C's in some of my classes during undergrad (about 5) i did not retake any of those classes but i made sure the other parts of my application were very good
