We would need to know your GPAs as well as you AA and TS...

I would call up some of the schools you applied to and see if they have any sort of cut off. If you had gotten a 17 in QR instead of RC, I would advise you not to re-take. But since it is in RC and PAT, it may be of concern. What are your other stats and GPA?

Harvard will probably want you to retake...

my AA: 19 TS: 21

If you are applying to either UDM or UoP, you would probably have to retake. Again we don't have enough info (where you want to get in, your GPA, etc) for us to give you proper advice on what to do at this point.

3.9 non sci 3.4 sci
500+ hrs dental experience.

Schools I'm thinking of:

1. UW
2. OHSU
UCSF
Western
MWU

Are you trying to get into dental school or are you tying to get into a certain dental school? You will probably get a handful interviews with your stats as is, but your options would obviously be better with all 20's. As someone who simply wanted to go to dental school, I applied with inferior stats to yours and got into 3 out of 20 schools.

how is it possible to have a 3.4 sci and 3.9 non-sci. Do you have 5465464 credits? I can't imagine how that works out. I only have a few B's I barely have a 3.9

You dont need a ton of credits to have a 3.9 non-science GPA. My guess is the OP majored in a non-science field that was slightly easier than your typical pre-dent/pre-med courses.

17's in two sections is not desirable, but your total science score could offset them. Your science GPA is also average. IMO, if you apply early and to a lot of schools, you should get a few interviews with those stats. If you prepare well and nail the interviews someone will accept you. On the other hand, if you know you could have prepared more and done better, why not retake?

Good luck either way!

3.4sGPA, 19AA/21TS/17PAT
With those stats you should get interviews without a hitch. Like someone said earlier, it depends on which school you'd like to get into. For UCLA, UoP, and Columbia you would have to retake IMO, but I think for a lot of the other schools you should be OK.
