I am applying this cycle--for matriculation in 2019-- and trying to get some insight on whether or not I'll be getting interviews. You do not need to retake the MCAT. I suggest adding these schools:
Penn State
Seton Hall
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
NOVA MD
California University (new school)
Western Michigan
Rutgers accepts very few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. Dartmouth and Brown are reaches.
