Should I take it again? OAT 310

Well, I didn’t review anything since I just want to get a feeling of the test, go through the procedure and see how the test works. I was planning to take it again anyway. But, I got an average score, much higher than I expected. Should I spend a month or so reviewing it? Or focus on my other application stuffs?
Also, what’s my chance of getting in?
I got GPA3.5
Major in general science, minor in bioethics and philosophy.
100+shadowing hours in different settings
3 solid letters of recommendation from my school professors
And the lovely optometrist I’m shadowing now is going to write a letter for me.
I don’t have much leadership experiences, well if vice president of a small, now disbanded club count as one.
I’m also an international student, half of my shadowing was not in US, will that be a draw back?

You don’t have to take it again. You will get an interview in a lot of schools and potentially an acceptance. Just apply early and you should be in. 🙂

I had the same OAT score with a lower gpa (~3.2) and was still able to get interviews to all the schools I applied to as well as accepted to most of them. I don’t think you have anything to worry about besides which school are you gonna go with hehe!

I highly suggest applying early for the upcoming cycle. If you do so with decent stats you’re likely to get in pretty early on in the cycle as well, and the rest of the year just feels like a breeze cuz you know you got the hard part taken care of sooner than later.
