Should I update schools after waitlist?

I am currently on 4 waitlists and have previously sent updates following my interviews in December and January. Since my previous updates, I have had 2 new accepted publications (Both first-authored- 1 clinical research manuscript and 1 letter to the editor), 2 accepted first-authored abstracts to an international conference (presentations in May), and a new clinical volunteering position I have held for 3 months (clinical experience is clearly lacking on my application - 0 hours besides shadowing). My application is very research heavy, and I am not sure if these updates will really change my position given that I have sent updates previously.

These schools include my top choices and I am in the 10th percentile GPA and >75 percentile MCAT for most

I would really appreciate any ADCOM members advice on whether or not I should provide an update + letter of interest

What can you do if a school doesn’t want any love letters or anything, but it’s your top choice. Is there any way to show your interest?
